Mark PetitdeMange ~ Founder

Almost nothing makes Mark happier than fixing stuff, but what he likes even better is providing an outstanding customer experience. Mark's passion for providing outstanding service motivated him, along with longtime friend Mike Good, to establish SRS Fitness, Inc., a platform to share their passion for providing outstanding service.

Mark has been in the Fitness Industry for over 30 years. He is one of Precor’s Certified Level 2 Field Technicians, and in the past Mark had been given the ability to train and certify his own employees in the field. He is also certified as a repair specialist with Matrix, Horizon, and Vision.

Mark's desire to create an outstanding customer experience has given him the opportunity to try it "his way". Through Mark’s professional history he has learned many things. Things he will take with him and will model in his business and things he will avoid at all costs. But all of the experiences have molded the vision he has for SRS Fitness, Inc. A vision with the highest priority always being the customer, always providing the highest quality service all while offering competitive rates.

Mark's passion for providing excellent service is matched only by his passion for Drag Racing. He is the owner and driver of his own racing team, Stuff Racing. You can find him on any given weekend in the warmer months at any one of the race tracks in the Tri-state area. He believes in always trying your hardest, always working to improve, and making sure you have fun.

Mike Good ~ VP

What is one of the most important functions to any business? Efficiency….and that is Mike’s specialty; each of Mike’s previous employment endeavors have focused on efficiencies. Whether it was handling a crowd of customers in a busy family owned bicycle shop on Christmas Eve or leading a Set-up Production Team at SouthCo, Mike has the proven ability to make sure each process is performed at the highest level of efficiency.

Along with his passion for customer service, Mike is determined to provide efficient and safe service. One of his primary goals when partnering with Mark was to be able to provide each customer outstanding service at affordable rates, by utilizing his previous skills he is constantly striving for this goal.

Mike is partnered with his father in running a two car race team which they have enjoyed along with Mark and his family for over 30 years. Mike always says, "Good, better, best; never let it rest until your good is better and your better is best!"
